IRDS — Integrated Rural Development Society — is a registered non-profit based in Pune, Maharashtra. Since 2022, we have worked tirelessly in the field, not just in offices, bringing real change to the lives of underprivileged rural families.
Our approach is simple: trust the community, involve them in every decision, and build programs that outlast our involvement. We do not just deliver charity — we create capability.
